On the 3rd and 4th day ur urine will be clean. I have tablets which are round with a split on one side, on the other the markings 5k2. ## I can't be 100% certain, since these aren't listed in the U.S. FDA or NIH, but from what I've found listed online it's claimed that these are 20mg Temazepam and there are 10mg one with the marking 5k1. What's the difference between the ones with 5k1 and the thinner ones with the power button on one side and 10 on the other side ## Hello, Tash! How are you? I found a full strip of temazepam 10mg in an old rucksack,thing is the date of exp is 2002!!. Surely they have lost ALL there potency after all that's 13yrs outa date.... ## It depends on where they were stored, I,e a dark medicine cabinet or at the back of a set of drawers. Although 13 yrs beyond the best before date is likely to be far too much time to be of much good quality wise.I have used valium that was a year out of date and found it to be of good quality but I would have to say your temazepam would most probably be useless by now?.One way to find out for sure would be to pop one and see but I think you will be waiting for ever for them to work?. Normison used to be made by Wyeth, until that company was bought by Pfizer, and in South Africa, by Aspen Healthcare. The liquid filled gelcaps are, I think, only now available in South Africa, and there is one generic I know of, by Sandoz, which is also liquid-filled. Everywhere else the 'eggs' are now a solid gel formulation, introduced to stop an epidemic of people abusing the contents of the capsules, which leads to major blood vessel blockages, causing loss of limbs, and lives. The drug Temazepam does not easily get absorbed in tablet form as the binders used inhibit bioavailability. I'm having the same problem. I wake up several times in the night with the new white pills. I don't feel rested. Well to be honest the yellow pills were not any good either. After trying them both i still wake after three hours and that is with other meds to make me sleep. Is it true that there is a distribution issue with Aspen as I was on Normison for years and then I needed to switch to Loramet due to distribution/production problems? The problem now is that Loramet is also a problem in terms of supply, none available!!!

I have a sleep issue. It seems that once 11 pm or so comes around there is no way for me to fall asleep unless I take something to help me. I have been taking Temazepam 30 mg for over a year. I mention placebos only because I only hear about them because of 'studies' conducted, usually which results in the fact that placebos usually work almost as good as whatever there being substituted for. However what I want to know is why my doctor continues to renew my prescriptions even though most info regarding the type of drug I'm taking says you don't take it forever? Now I can't ask for the placebo, that would eliminate the principle idea of how a placebo works....your brain thinks your taking the pill that always allows you to fall asleep. My dr. Wants me to stop my 200mg trazadone taken nightly for depression anxiety and sleep. And start taking 15 mg temazepam at night.
