Mylan lists this capsule as containing 15mgs of Temazepam, which is a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat insomnia. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

You should not exceed your doctor's dosing instructions.
