Does Suboxone or Naproxen (Aleve) contain Aspirin or any other related chemicals that would cause an allergic reaction? I need to know asap. Thank you.

Suboxone contains Naloxone and Buprenorphine and regarding Naproxen, that is the active ingredient, so no. Though it should be noted that Naproxen is also a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so it is a related drug.
However, the NIH does warn that if you are allergic to any given medication, there is a risk of finding more you are also allergic to, it's just the nature of human biology, so it is always best to be cautious, when taking something new.
