Tab D-aztor

my mother is a patient of diabetes, cholesterol and hypertension. she was advised in aiims, New Delhi to take tab D-Aztor in addition to some other medicines. In our place in Darbhanga bihar we could not find this tablet. May I know the suitable replacement.
