Triamterene with Hydochlorothiazide is a diuretic medication, commonly used to treat high blood pressure.
Since it is depleting the amount of liquids in the body, it can make you very sensitive to the sun and heat. Most of these prescriptions come with a warning about this.
Other side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.
