Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Torsemide (20 mg).
Torsemide is a pyridine-sulfonyl urea type loop diuretic mainly used in the management of edema associated with congestive heart failure.

Re: David (# 1)
I’ve taken this pill twice for heart failure — seems here lately that it's not working good at all and my ankles are swollen. Took 2 last night and they went back down. I was nauseated at bed time, got through that, felt funny for the rest of the night and today I’ve felt strange all day, walking is hard and I’m all over the room, very sleepy. I feel like something is wrong with me, that’s as far as I can go. I have PPH, congestive heart failure, along with bronchial failure. {edited for privacy}. I'm a little concerned, going back and forth to the hospital, but nothing gets done. Two weeks ago they kept me for 8 days and still don’t have an answer. I’m a 72 year old woman and the water pill is concerning me a lot. Help advise.
They aren’t working and I don’t know what to do. I feel like they have given up on me after about 15-20 years at UAB IN BHAM AL. I'M WITH THE SAME DR (DR ALFORD) ALL OF THESE YEARS. He moved to Brookewood hospital a few years ago, so I followed him. Now it just seems like a 12 month visit, and stamp my card and says see you in 12 months. I have been in the hospital for about the last 4 years. Had surgery, went to those clinics that come around every year. They found one of the arteries from neck to head 97 stopped up. Went to my Dr. and told him, he called, got it set up and cleaned it out. Now the one on the other left side is stopped up and it needs surgery. I have an appt. with him on the 23rd of this month and he is just going to be mad at me for going to that traveling group—- they saved my life 3-4 years ago.
