Syndopa Plus With Sleeping Medication

My right hand shakes. pain when I stretch my right hand vertically. I take a sleeping tablet daily 0.25mg. My doctor prescribed Syndopa plus. I am diabetic and take medicines for high BP. BP and diabetics are under control. I have not ye started taking syndopa plus fearing for the side effects. please advise whether I can commence taking syndopa plus as advised by the doctor.

I thank for your response. My right hand shakes not always but sometimes. It shakes when I hold tightly with left hand, shakes when I hold plate for lunch or dinner, when I hold the phone to talk, not immediately but after 5 or 10 minutes. It shakes when I see a movie with fights or horror scenes It shakes when I argue with high tone. I get pain in the shoulder when I stretch my right hand in sleeping posture. The pain is tolerable and it is not constant. I do exercise by shaking hands/drill exercise daily in the morning. It shakes more when it is cold.

2. I use laptop for nearly 8 hours daily. I do not use mouse. I use the following tablets:

AMTAS- M-50 daily one in the morning for BP
GLAZID-M daily 2 after breakfast and dinner one each time for diabetic
ECOSPRIN -AV75

my CREATININE reading was 1.5 as against normal 1.2mg/dl when i got tested on 20th Dec13.
in India The doctor prescribed RENOSAVE daily 2 after lunch and dinner for 6 months. I will be completing the course the next month. My wife passed away in March 2011. I could not get proper sleep in the night for nearly 15 days. I consulted doctor who prescribed Restyl 0.25 mg. I am taking one tablet daily in the night. The sugar and BP are under control.
