Sulfameth Tmp Ds Tab / Night Sweats

Does Sulfameth/Temp Ds tabs affect the thyroid in any way? In the past, I've had borderline high thyroid condition. I currently take Solalol and Digoxin for a heart condition. I've been taking it 2 x day and experiencing night sweats and palpitations

It did mine..made my heart race like a "cat" running.

Although thyroid side effects are not mentioned in the patient guidelines, this medication does cause side effects that can effect the function of your thyroid, such as; irregular heartbeat, fever, chills, weakness, difficulty breathing, etc.

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue; unusual hoarseness); blistered, peeling, red, or swollen skin; bloody or black, tarry stools; chest pain; CHILLS, FEVER, or sore throat; confusion; dark urine; decreased urination; depression; hallucinations; IRREGULAR HEARTBEAT; joint or muscle pain; mental or mood changes; pain, redness, or swelling at the injection site; painful or stiff neck; purple patches under the skin; seizures; severe diarrhea; severe or persistent cough; severe or persistent headache; severe or persistent nausea or vomiting; shortness of breath; stomach cramps/pain; unusual bruising or bleeding; unusual tiredness or weakness; unusually pale skin; vaginal irritation or discharge; yellowing of the skin or eyes.

NOTE: This is not a complete list of side effects, so if you do experience anything severe that is not listed here, it would be a good idea to contact your doctor about other options.
