Hello, I need urgent and immediate (and hopefully accurate and detailed) help. I will take what I can get. I have been taking subutex (and some suboxone for months. But for the last few I take tiny pieces of subutex daily to keep my tolerance down. I am on juvenile Probation and have a typical Urine Test 2-3 times a week. I always pass. Well this week, the Bactrum DS I took for a UTI made me have a false positive for Benzos. I informed my caseworker that it was most definatly the bactum and denied taking any benzos (because i didn't) and accordingly my urine was sent to "the lab" Now I am quite terrified because I don't know if the lab testing to see if I did or did not take benzos will also discover I'm taking subutex. I don't know there methods, if they solely ...

Sure enough, all they checked for was that bupe was in ur system, no other drugs, that's it. There also are many tests these days but I would put $ on it ur just fine and be honest w/ ur doc. cause its better u took a suboxone then oxy, h, etc... yah know? ## No no no is the simple answer ## Thats not true he/she is not fine !! I'm on Subutex, have been for 14 months,my doc has changed up the way he tests our urine,EVERYONES urine goes out to a lab on top of our office "dip" test for the 4 big ones (pot,crack/coke,heroin/opiates and benzos) ... I am on H and want to kick it but i cant take suboxone because it makes me sick and im allergic to naloxone. ## What area in Michigan? I know of drs in Macomb county. ## Just Google suboxone doctors in my area! It will let you put in your zip code and should pull up a map! I think it's a great decision, I've been on them prescribed for 3months now! GL ## yeah whats up man.. I`ve found suboxone in the lorain county area but the ticket for a months supply is $275.00.. Not cheap.. Suboxone does give me an headache.. So I prefer Subutext because there`s less side effects, such as no headache`s. I enjoy the feeling better than that of an Suboxone. i accidently took 2mg of subutex 6am monday- drug test will be 7pm wed- will it show up? ## thats what i wanna know as well! If i havent been taking it and only take 2mg on friday will i pass one on monday! Keep in mind there will have been none in my system so just taking it once reduces the chance of longevity in your system! ## I've been on suboxone almost two years and ive had an 8mg sub out my system in 6 to 9 days. ## so do you have a high matabolism then cause i do and i am skinny for my height so the probability of it goes out of your body quicker than it would not. I dont think that made since what i just said if it did let me know lol ## Subutex / suboxone has a very long half life in comparison to full agonist opiates. I took methadone this morning. Can I take buprenorphine at night without getting sick? ## No, that would not be advisable. You need to be in full withdrawal, before taking Subutex, otherwise it may throw you into dangerous precipitated withdrawals. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I was on 40 mgs methadone and switched the same day and was fine. But that's just me... ## bs I took subutex about an hour or less after taking percs and h, nothing happened ## Going from subs to Done is ok, but going from b done to dubs. U would wanna wait tell it's out of u system. It could put ...

I am allergic to sulfur and subutex in small doses is causing me to have reactions like I do when I have come in contact with sulfur. ## Does subutex have small parts of sulfa qualities in it like the steroid methylprednisolone has in it? ## Are you allergic to sulfa, or sulfur? They are not actually the same. What types of symptoms are you experiencing? The FDA warns that an allergic reaction to a medication usually includes symptoms like swelling, breathing issues, itching, and hives. However, the typical side effects of Subutex may include nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Can you please post back with more details?

Just got done at my doctor's appt. Went to fill my script and got these new pills with "m 924" printed on one side. I looked up the pills and they're subutex. Im just wondering if anyone has an opinion about them (like or dislike more or less than the 54/411 ones)? ## Hi Adam, In response to your question about liking/disliking one particular version of subutex vs another, I think the answer is subjective to each individual based on a wide variety of differentiating and underlying factors such as body chemistry, age, weight, other medications being taken at the same time, metabolism (how well one absorbs different binders/fillers), etc... Given this information, my feelings are that the only way to truly know which one your body prefers is to give them each a trial run, ...

I need to know where the cheapest place to get my pills. I only take the 54 411s. They really do the trick for me but I'm having trouble finding the cheapest place to fill at. If anyone know a place let me know, you would be of some great help. Thank you very much! ## Try your local mom and pops pharmacy that's a lot cheaper than the big pharms. ## Have you found where these are located i am also looking for a pharmacy with these exact same subutex please let me know if you found these

Can these two be taken together? On 8 MD 3 times daily just had all teeth extracted in servers pain and need antibiotics and was prescribed the methyl preen is opine. Is this safe? ## Hello, Birds! How are you? I didn't find any problems or interactions listed between these two medications, but it's always best to double check to be sure. However, you should be aware that Methylprednisolone is not an antibiotic. As listed by the FDA, it is actually a steroid class medication that is used to treat conditions which may include allergic reactions, swelling and immune disorders. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness, insomnia and acne. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I took part of a subutex yesterday afternnom. I am seeking help. I am from the Winston-Salem area of North Carolina. I am an addict of 18 years. It is time to quit. I have friends who have left the addiction circle. They have successfully taken buprenorphine. Here is my problem. I am severely allergic to the blocker in suboxone - naloxone. It is not an option for me. I have a dear friend who gave me her remaining subutex tablets. She tapered off and is clean and doing well now. I have been clean for 1 week which is a PHENOMENAL accomplishment for me! I am afraid of what will happen if I cannot find a doctor who will prescribe the subutex. Please, will someone out there lead me in the direction of a Physician/MD/Doctor that will write me Subutex? I'm 32 and I have been an opiate addict for about 3 years. It started innocently as treatment for my RA and just blew out of control. I tried detox and all that before and ended in failure, so I found a good Dr and started suboxone treatment and have not touched a pain pill since. However 4 months ago I found out I was pregnant and rather than risk a miscarriage from withdraw my Dr changed my script to subutex. I'm truly terrified of my labor because I have a phobia of needles so an epidural is out of the question for me. My Dr said they can give me a higher dose of pain meds thru my labor for pain but I'm so scared they will overdose me or harm the baby. What are the risks of taking pain medication while on the subutex? Does anyone know? ## I am not going to deny that labor...

How long do I have to wait to take subutex after opiates, as i've heard you will withdrawal if you still have opiates in your system? ## That is correct, you must be in full withdrawal, before you take this medication, otherwise it can throw you into dangerous precipitated withdrawals. I'm trying to stop using H and I have the 54 411, round, white, subutex pills. Do I have to wait 24 hours from my last usage to take one or can I take it right away? I don't want to get withdrawal symptoms from taking it too soon. But I don't want to wait 24 hours because I start feeling sick much sooner than that. ## Hello, Timetoquit! How are you? This is an 8mg sublingual Buprenorphine tablet, a generic for Subutex and since this does not contain the Naloxone that is used in Suboxone to neutralize other opiates, you do not have to be in full withdrawal to start this one, it shouldn't throw you into precipitated withdrawals. Thus, you should take it according to your doctor's instructions. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming an...

I've been on Subs for a while and i just received the Mylan 924 for the first time... I've been with Roxanne 54_411 for some time now... Does anyone have an opinion as far as which manufacturer is better. Or what's your opinion personally? ## Hi Strawz, Although I haven't taken Subutex (buprenorphine), I did want to offer an outsider's opinion when it comes to switching tablets or manufacturers in general. The truth of the matter is that each tablet can affect each person differently, which would in essence render any feedback null as there's no way to determine if you will experience the same benefits or side effects as someone else, until you take it and know for yourself. I think this is largely due to the seemingly ever-changing list of inactive ingredients (...

My friend took a subutex at 6:30 this morning after not touching opioids since 5pm the night before. She had only been taking a small amount recently (so I'm told) but for a long period of time. After an hour she began to get the chills and sweats but nothing else like that full blown WD that is completely unbearable. Anyway worried about working in a few hours she had relapsed about an hour after the Tex.. I told her if the first one didn't help to wait an hour and take another; obviously she didn't listen so now what? Do we let the opioids run through their course then give her another Tex? Or just give her the Tex now that it's been almost 2 hrs? If not, how long till she can have another and is it the opioids making her worse? I thought that these would block just li...

I am in need of help finding a cash doctor/psychiatrist who will prescribe subutex? If you know of a doctor please let me know. I don't have insurance therefore suboxane is $10 each and subutex is $3 each at the pharmacy! That's exactly why I need subutex no other reason! ## Dr Deal in Greenwood, IN. He is a psychiatrist and it's $175 the first month. You receive a 2-week script and then go back in 2 weeks and pay $25 to take a drug panel and get your 2-week script, then you go monthly.
