Subutex 460 Vs 54 411 (Page 10)

Updated

Does the Buprenorphine 8mg 460 work as well as 54 411's? I'm curious as I've seen other imprints, just not 460. Please let me know if they are better or worse.

Anyone having bad effects from this drug should report it here. I just did.

My usual pharmacy tried telling me the same thing, but I just switched! You can call around to different pharmacies and ask what manufacturer they use. I did & even mentioned some of the side effects I read in here & the pharmacist told me to report the drug (the comment above this tells you how) but now I get the Rhodes brand RPs & they are muchhhhh better.

I tried the 460's for the first time today. I see no difference in taste. They all taste pretty bad to me. As far as a headache or upset stomach, I got nothing. No side effects like that so far but I guess everyone is different.

They are the worse I hate the 460 because these ones burn when u take it..I'd rather have the 54-411

They did the same thing to me I thought they weren’t real and they don’t have the blocker in it

They don't work as well in my opinion. The 460 imprint subutex are trash. I feel just as bad as if I had nothing at all in my system. Take these off the market! This company clearly don't know what they are doing.

Wrong information like this can be dangerous. Subutex is not just generic suboxone. One contains naloxone (suboxone) which could cause some serious issues for someone if they took it and were still using. Please know what you’re talking about before telling everyone just how stupid they are.

Re: Dani (# 3) Expand Referenced Message

Feels like my mouth is burning also. They taste even worse than some other brands I've tried and they are much harder to break. Also, at my pharmacy I receive 60 a month and this month these new ones were also more expensive. They were $18.38 more than what I've been paying. Now I'm stuck with them and I'm not very happy.

Re: Dani (# 3) Expand Referenced Message

OMG, THE BURN IS ALMOST UNBEARABLE! I mean I can handle quiet a bit of pain and even heat!! this is my 1st time receiving the 460 pill, I couldn't believe how within , oh...30 seconds the burning sensation under my tongue felt like it could possibly burn that little thing under my tongue right off! Im exaggerating slightly in my favor- but enough for me to debate being able to complete this month meds!

I like the 54-111. I was taking the small ones w the arrow on it hightec. They went bankrupt, because of illegal billing! I liked those the best but the 54/111 are a lot of extra powder taste but are ok. The 54/111 are made through hikma pharmaceuticals. The 460’s are not anything I like at all!!

Re: Cleigh83 (# 6) Expand Referenced Message

I’m in New England and been on subutex for 10 years and I have seen the evolution. From the oblong white 299, to the small arrows. Personally my fav is the 54 411. Lately in New England I have noticed the orange oblong Actavis Subutex. These are the worst by a mile imo. The smalls and new ones are okay. My advice is to try to stay clear of the Actavis orange Subutex.

Dang that is an impressive customer service agent. I hope I get her on the phone when I call. Did they send out a pharmacist or a tech? Because you could have easily ripped them off on the return.

Re: Colt 45 (# 1) Expand Referenced Message

I switched to Sublicade. It is only injected once a month. Lasts more than a month with no up and down like the daily strips. The only negative is it can not be abused by taking more than your does on any given day. Check it out. I guess some insurance companies might not cover it. Good luck.

Re: Tim (# 19) Expand Referenced Message

You are correct because Watson does not manufacture generic buprenorphine. Honestly, I’d rather deal with the awful taste than to start using again.

It’s not in anyone’s head! They all are different in formula! I have been on this for years!! 15% difference in each formula.

Re: Jaydowntheway (# 193) Expand Referenced Message

Oh my gosh, yes! Those orange ones are the worst. I refuse to take them as they make me throw up. Not to mention, the taste is disgusting. Sadly, all of the CVS pharmacies around me stock these, so I've had to drive further to find a pharmacy that provides the 54/411 ones, which I have had no issues with for four years. Unfortunately, that pharmacy has just decided they aren't stocking those anymore and they didn't even fill my whole prescription. They gave me the 17 they had left. So, I went to a nearby Harris Teeter, thinking I would be getting the same thing because I had talked to them on the phone. However, these are different; they're the 460s. I haven't tried them yet, but I don't know, I've read a few reviews people have left and now I'm probably going to be calling around yet again to find another pharmacy that sells the ones I've been taking for the past four years.

Re: CrazyDiamond (# 11) Expand Referenced Message

I’ve been on subs for 8yrs now with little to no pain OR cravings and just this month I noticed my bottle was the little white pills. This month I’ve been miserable!! In pain, horrible anxiety, RLS at night again - feels like I’m going through WD! I’m so relieved to know I’m not just crazy for feeling these pills are different and not just in my head!
