Suboxone- The Best Way To Divide The Film.
UpdatedI started suboxenoe 5 weeks ago. I skipped my last appointment because I started going backwards right away. I think I'm taking a 1/4 of a film now once a day. Last night I woke up with a severe anxiety attack. I took a film then about 12 hours later 1/4 again. I've been worried all day that I'm not going to be able to do this. I just don't want to be addicted to anything.

One thing that I would find helpful (if you are seriously concerned about becoming addicted) is to keep a log or journal each and every date or time that you take this medication and state how you are feeling at the time you take each dose. In my opinion, this consciously helps you maintain control of your intake of the med and the duration it is being taken for. It can also be used to measure any behavioral changes based on how consistent your mood has been while on the med.
Additionally, it may be of help to have an occasional sit-down appointment with a psychiatrist to make sure you're still you and can manage any mental or psychological changes that one may or may not experience during their time on this medication.
I hope this helps!
