Suboxone Doctors On Long Island (Top voted first)
UpdatedSuboxone Doctors on Long Island, NY that take HIP/Medicaid. Trying to find one ASAP.
I think there are. Few drs I could help you with. Especially in the area code Suffolk .. There are drs on Long Island that prescribe suboxone. Maybe. Some of them take insurance and others take Medicaid/hip. {edited for privacy}
I know a few in Long Island that accept Medicaid and hip in Brentwood
Stat Health on Long Island has a suboxone program and they take insurance. They accept many insurance plans. I go to the one in Deer Park but they are several on Long Island. The was no waiting time to be seen. They are a walk-in clinic so you should be able to get started just by walking in. Hope this helps. If anyone has any questions feel free to contact me at {edited for privacy}. Their website is stathealthny.com
Yes. Stat Health has a sub program even though they are a walkin clinic. Click on my above link (in post #25) for Stat Health's website. The phone numbers for their locations are listed. Their suboxone program for some reason is not listed on the website but they most certainly have one. I have been going to the one in Deer Park for over a year. Their phone number is (631) 254-5900. I see Dr. Lerman and Dr. Shallat. This program is ONLY for people who truly want to get help with their opioid dependence/addiction. They give you drug panels at every appointment to make sure you aren't taking drugs and to make sure your actually taking your prescribed suboxone and not selling it. Hope this helps. Good luck!
Hi Ny help,
Would you please be able to help me, that is a much better price than I've been paying with my current doctor. If could could please email me {edited for privacy} with their information I would really appreciate it.
Thanks a lot!
Can you tell me where those two doctors are? $90 a visit isn't bad. Do they prescribe subutex? Thanks
Can I please have the Dr info in Brentwood that take ins/medicaid. Been clean on sub's for 3 1/2weeks don't wanna go back to dope. Thanks
Stat Health in Smithtown (and about five other locations, including Deer Park), but Smithtown is closest to you.
Dr. Franklin and Dr. Sanderof are wonderful, kind, understanding. Both are in Smithtown.
Stat Health in Smithtown, and many other Long Island locations
Hey, Dr. Elkoulily in Amityville takes suboxone patients with Medicaid with no out of pocket costs.
Horizons in Smithtown, NY. takes all kind of insurance and they r an outpatient Dr. office plus they offer a lot of other things as well
Dr. Andrianova in Babylon also takes Medicaid. But not straight medicaid, you have to have a provider like Fedilis through your Medicaid. She doesn't make you go to outpatient either. She's awesome. No out of pocket costs.
I'm sorry, there's really no central listing that I know of that lets you know what doctors treat with Suboxone and take any certain insurance.
Learn more Suboxone details here.
I'd suggest contacting HIP/Medicaid and asking if they have any information that can help you, or you can try the Suboxone.com website to find doctors in your area, then contact them to see what insurance they accept.
Does anyone else know of one?
Hi...
I know of a doctor in glen cove..and he did take hip/medicaid bc that's what I had and he did prescribe suboxone from what I know. You can email me at {edited for privacy} for more info...I'm looking for help myself lol
Hey can you help me out at all? I just moved to long island for school but havent been able to get any s*** up here but i am trying to detox but doing it without subs or anything sucks
Did you find a doctor. I m in the situation. Just moved to long island.
The only doctors I'm able to find cost way too much money and I don't really have any. My best bet is trying to find subs in the city but they are going to be way over priced
Hi I recently came across this post and have been in search of a doctor who prescribes suboxone. I currently have a doctor that does, however he charges me $120 per visit which adds up rather quickly. Thanks for the help.
Rachel I use same dr in glen cove. I'm looking to find Xanax dr...
If you can spell out your number we could help each other. Also glen cove dr now has a cap on how many patients he will see.
