prepare to have a ball & chain the rest of your life. Bupe is almost 60x stronger than Morphine and the half life is ridiculous. I was on 12mg for 9 yrs before i finally went with an inducted detox at a facility and i still had PAWS for over 7 months. I would suggest tapering down from 2mg almost immediately .25 or .50 mg every month after acclimated to that particular amt, then jump from .50 or .25mg. And make sure you have good mood stabilizers, clonidine, tranqs, etc.

Subs are the worst possible drug to come off of long term because of the high affinity and how tight they cling to the mu receptors in the brain. It will kick your ass and never let you go. These Dr's are all quacks using us as guinea pigs and ATM Machines while ruining our health and our lives. Nobody should be taking huge doses for longer than the induction period and the taper should be quick or else they got ya! Good Luck and be smart.

I drive all the way to crown point to see Dr. Jacobs. My cousin is the one who sent me there. He had medicaid, I do know he takes that. I finally got good insurance, dealing with insurance not so much fun. They are very nice there and helped me with anything I've needed!

Dr Glen leer in arcadia Indiana will prescribe subutex to anyone. I went there for seven years. I failed one lab in seven years and was kicked out, it was for adipex a diet pill. Yeah dumb .... Me. He will NOT take insurance only cash. It's $225 week one. $85 a week there after for 3 weeks then you go every two weeks which is one hundred and forty dollars. Then monthly which is one forty a month. It is DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!

MY QUESTION IS - WHO ELSE NEAR INDY ANDERSON ETC WILL DEFINITELY PRESCRIBE SUBUTEX?

THANKS EVERYONE IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP.

I have the same problem here in Alabama. It costs me $160 a month to go see my doctor and get my strips. Thank God Medicaid pay to get it filled, but I am on SSI and that's a lot of money for me.

ALL suboxone doctors or clinics MUST take Medicaid. Theres been executive action and Medicaid Expansion in 49 of the 50 states expressly for payment to medical providers, payment for the medicine itself plus the necessary counseling. Be sure to seek out all options for the counseling. Ive spent a number years in practice as a clinical psychologist and know that you do have treatment options.

I have been on suboxone for about 7 months now, i was taking perks, vics or any pain pill i could find, got sick of being out and searching and not finding any and feeling like crap, so i called avon urgent care on a thursday, they told me 2-4 week waiting list and the lady calls people on fridays, so the next day they called me and i got in the following tues. have to be in withdrawl for 48 hours, i was really in withdrawl for 24 hours , i went in feeling like crap and they gave me two half strips in the office and i actually felt better when i left, but that night i did throw up a few times and was sick that is prob cause i wasnt in withdrawl for 48 hours. well now my boyfriend is wanting to get on suboxone, put him on the waiting list like 3 weeks and called twice and they wont say anything, he told them he was miserable and in withdrawl and they told him to go to the er!! like the er is going to do anything. but im hoping they call him soon, i hate him feeling like this, i know what it is like and suboxone is a miracle, i felt better the next day and i can be around pills now and it not even bother me i could care less, if someone handed me a bunch it wouldnt bother me to just throw them away now, there is no way i would go back to pills , the withdraw is too horrible.
