Hi, I am trying to find a suboxone doctor that accepts healthy Indiana plan insurance in Indianapolis. I have been addicted to opiates for 2 years and am trying to get off of it. Do you have any ideas?

It's not close to Madison Indiana but in broad ripple by Indianapolis there is a dr and his name is dr segal. He can write scripts for HIP plus but the first visit is $200 then the next day is $75 and the first 4 weeks are $150 each and then the next month you pay bi weekly at $150 a piece so that would be $300 for the next month and then after the first two months you go monthly $150 a piece

GF hello there I'm going to one that is downtown now I'm in Indiana 46122 are so I drive a bit I'm on the same insurance you are too. I have to pay $200 monthly that's it and the subs are covered. Let me know honey and I can give you his info. It used be in brownsburg now it is in Indianapolis closer to you.

Mommyof3 what's the name of the dr you are going to?! I am going to segal and it's just way too expensive. But does your doctor write scripts for subutex? That's the only thing I can take. My previous dr quit but before she did, she witnessed that I can't take suboxone cause my throat and tongue swelled up really big and was almost cutting my air supply off! And it's all documented in my files that she seen it happen! So do they give subutex where you are going?! If so I will just call your dr and see about getting in!

Honesty I have no idea sweetie I sure hope so. You need to get somewhere cheaper. Dr Momodu on merdian, 317-286-3171 is the number. I will be there Tuesday, can't wait. I screwed myself this month so I'm running short and I have no one to turn to for any kind help. Been alone thru my recovery. But I'm scared this week.

Dr. Britt in Louisville 502-445-6325. I also have HIP Plus in IN and have been to Dr. Britt on and off for about 2yrs now. Of course you'll have to pay for office visits but then ins will pay for the script. If I remember correctly its $220 office visit. He's a very nice and caring dr. definitely not in it just for the money!! Hope this helps, good luck.

Lish28 you're wrong. My daughter has HIP plus insurance and sees a suboxone Dr in Cincinnati that has a license to write scripts in Indiana. Although she pays CASH for office visit her prescription is covered and she pays her regular $3 copay for a one month supply. But her Dr has a 2yr waiting list. And it's perfectly legal.

I agree with Lulu. I pay cash to my dr and my medicaid pays for my medicine. There are lots of people that have to do it for different reasons and different doctors like specialist. I've even heard of medicaid giving rembursments in some situations.

@Lulu i live in Southern IN and was told by dr office tht they couldn't take my cash for office visit pymt cause I have HIP plus guess they lied to me. The office I last went to is in KY and I had to switch to another dr in the same office building because my dr didn't take HIP so had to switch to the dr tht did

If a dr accepts Medicaid and a patient has Medicaid, the dr is not suppose to accept cash for services Because Medicaid does not pay enough. If the service is Not Covered by Medicaid, then the dr can charge for it, if he choses and the patient can pay cash.

Dr Momodu charges 200 monthly. Medicaid covers meds. I think your first month is high like $400 total but after that it is only $200 flat. Can't remember what the beginning is and why it costs more, it's been over year for me. Hope this helps. He is on merdian St. Hope to see you there. I'm the one with the 4 yr old girl lol.
