Small Peach Pill U 128

I found this small peach pill with U 128 on one side and nothing on the other. Can you tell me what this is?

This tablet is manufactured by Unichem Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide. This is a diuretic that's used to help remove excess fluid from the body to treat conditions such as edema, high blood pressure and congestive heart failure.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and dehydration.
