Hello,
The only match that I can confirm this pill to be is Furosemide (40 mg); which is a loop diuretic used in the treatment of congestive heart failure and edema.
The only thing is that the SP imprint that sits on top of the 01 is separated by a score line.
I did however come across another post on this site stating that there's also a generic aspirin (325mg) that has SP 01 on it. But there's not much information online to verify this, even though it could very well be true. If I had to offer my opinion, I would say that it is aspirin due to the lack of a score line, but please don't just take my word for it. I'd have a pharmacy double check my finding.
