Small, white, round, scored tablet with a V on one side ## Is that the marking on the tablet, V 43 or am I misunderstanding? I can find no listing in our prescription drug resources for a tablet with the marking V 43 or just 43. A white, round pill with just a V on it would be a 5mg Edluar tablet that contains the active ingredient Zolpidem and is used to help with insomnia.

The 10mg of the same medicine says TEVA on one side & 73 on the other side. It is used for the temporary relief of sleeplessness.

The 3 mg tablets do not help me, seems like 2 do but is that safe? ## actually what is the highest dose anyone has taken? seems like my tolerance is high. ## That dosage is safe, prescribing info says it has been tested safe up to 7.5mgs, but I would recommend talking to your doctor, he might want to try something different for you that could work better instead of taking your dose up that high. ## It depends on your body. I took 9mg Lunesta + 5 Ambien & slept great. My doc wasn't very excited and wont give me any more. So instead I take 2mg Klonopin, 10 mg Ambien, 25/50 Topamax and something else.

I take Ambien, could I have a side effect at bedtime if I take my Ra P Col Rite? ## The RA P Col Rite is a stimulant laxative, containing Docusate and Sennosides. Since the Ambien helps you sleep, it is probably not a good idea to combine them, to prevent accidents from loose stool, in case you cannot wake up. Have you consulted your doctor?

This is a small pill round M on top Z2 under the M. I found this in with a another small white round pill with the numbers 93 on one side and 74 on the other. ## M Z2 contains 10mgs of Zolpidem, it is a generic for Ambien, used for the short-term treatment of insomnia. Can I take Ambien with Methocarbam, vitamin D, Metamucil, and Metforim? ## The side effect and contraindication profiles are not studied for VItamins and Supplements, as they are for prescription medications, so I cannot tell you much about using them with the VItamin D or the Metamucil. However, concomitant use of the Ambien and the Methocrabamol could result in Central Nervous System depression, such as slowed breathing and heart rate, so you must use them with caution. Is you doctor aware that you are taking all of these?
