It contains Melatonin, Lavender, Chamomile and Lemon Balm, all of which have been used to help with relaxing and sleep for centuries. They are not actually proven to do anything, but some people do get very good results from them. I have used Melatonin, before and it really didn't seem to help much, with my insomnia issues, but that could have been because I had other medical problems going on that I didn't know about. I haven't tried it again, since getting them under control. Are there any other comments or questions?

does melatonin interact with mucinex? ## There are no interactions listed, however, since Melatonin is a supplement, not a drug, it hasn't been extensively tested against other medications. Both, however, can cause drowsiness, so taking them together may enhance this side effect. Are there any questions or comments?

I am taking Zolpihexal 10mg at night for insomnia and Ciprolift 20mg in the mornings for depression but am having what I think is side effects from 1 or both of them. My left arm gets very painful during the day. Like terrible cramps or just unbearable pain that I have to move my arm off my desk and rest it on my lap. ## Zolpidem is the active ingredient in Zolpihexal. I DROVE AFTER TAKING AMBIEN AND DON'T REMEMBER EVEN GETTING IN THE CAR. HAS PULLED OVER AND CHARGED WITH DUI. the 12 mg is too much- can I use a pill spliter with the ambien cr ## No, Ambien CR is a time released tablet and splitting the pill could result in your getting too much of the medication at once. In this case, the only solution is to ask your doctor to prescribe a lower dose or a non-time released formulation. Are there any questions or comments?

I'm on Medicaid they turned me down for lunesta3mg I had to pay $180.00 $ for 30. then medicaid approved me foe 2mg lunesta. can i be reimbersed for the $180.00? ## I don't think Medicaid will reimburse for something you already paid for and that was for a different dosage, but you can call them to check or ask at your pharmacy. Hi, Read Ambien CR is NOT available in >genericANY< ambien out of the country? (I have the prescription) ## No, at this time Ambien CR, in the U.S. is still under proprietary patent and is not available for generic production. I am not aware of what is available in other countries. Have you considered talking to your doctor about trying the regular Ambien that is not time released? It is available as the generic Zolpidem.
