I have had severe insomnia for two years. Have had a sleep study, where I slept a total of two hours during the night, even with ambien. Trying so hard to get off ambien and benedril which are making me so dopey/brain foggy during the day. Sleep Dr. put me on 20 mg of melatonin. Having some decent sleep with this huge dosage, but having significant digestive problems, cramping and nearly uncontrolled BMs.... Anyone else experience the same? Thanks for your reply.... ## Have you consulted your doctor? 20mgs is a very high dosage to be taking, it's usually taken in doses from 3 to 5mgs. The diarrhea and cramping have been known to occur in some people taking it, but the high dose may be making them more severe for you.

i was fired because after being in the hospital where they gave me tamazapam 30mg x 4 nights it showed up on a drug screen 11 days later i know that is where its from but need proof that it can be in the sys that long, can anyone help ## Temazepam is a Benzodiazepine and if you do a Google search on them and urinalysis, you'll find many resources that show that they can be detectable for as long as 6 weeks, after taking them. The time frame, of course, will vary from person to person, depending on their individual metabolism, overall health, activity levels and many other factors. However, it is well known that they are problematic, when it comes to urine tests. Your best bet is to find a doctor or pharmacist that will give you a statement about it, that you can use. As well as some...

HI, I used to be prescribed Zimovane by my doctor up to a couple of months ago. Today I found a tablet in my bedside drawer which I believe is a zimovane. It is a oblong white tablet with a score down the middle so it can be halved. Their is no narking on the back of the pill though to indicate what it is. I would like to know if this fits the description of a Zimovane? ## Hi Rob, Based on the description provided I can verify that this is in fact a Zimovane tablet; the active ingredient being Zopiclone. This pill is noted to be manufactured in France. If you run a search on google images for "Zimovane white pill", you should come across a photo of it fairly easily. Did you have any other questions or comments regarding this drug? Please post back if you do.

Is it safe to take synaptol with ambien ? ## Due to the large variety of natural ingredients in Synaptol, I cannot verify it's efficacy with a synthetically manufactured drug. Because at this moment, talking about the most active ingredients of Synaptol would have to mean that you’ll have at least a dozen to name with the exemption of the inactive ingredients. The main active ingredients of Synaptol are as follows: Aconitum Ferox Adrenalinum Apis Mellifica Argentum Nitricum Avena Sativa Baptisia Tinctoria Cochlearia Armoracia Medorrhinum Phosphorus Scutellaria Laterifolia Sumbulus Moschatus Viola Odorata All of these Synaptol ingredients had been approved by the official HPUS or the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, who is the one responsible for app...

Can taking Restoril 30mg and Sudafed for ten days prior to a urine drug screen cause a high false positive for amphetamines? ## The Pseudoephedrine in the Sudafed has been known to cause false positives for Amphetamines, this has happened to many people that have taken it. Did this happen to you, as well?

I have been taking Zolpidem 10 mg for several months for insomnia. It mostly works pretty well. I got a new supply from my insurance (Medco) and instead of white, the pill is pale orange. Is there is reasonable explanation for this? ## I also got the pale orange pills. They are not working nearly as good. I am waking up in the middle of the night. I called medco and they said there have been a number of compliants and they are looking in to this new supplier. ## Thanks for sharing your experience. I never could get a straight answer from Medco. The new ones seem to work about as well as the others - For the last several weeks they haven't done for me what they used to. Hope they are the kind that requires more and more to have effect. ## There are no rules saying that all generics m...

I want to obtain the Astronaut sleeping pills in Australia and need an address and telphone number ## I believe the product you may be referring to is RemTyme, which is a supplement that is claimed to help with sleep. It contains L-theanine, Melatonin, Magnesium, Chamomile, Passionflower, Lemon Balm and hops. It is, however, not scientifically proven to help with anything, though several of the ingredients are used in many products to help with relaxation and better sleep. As to its being used by astronauts, it is possible that NASA and other space agencies have tested it, however, they have not, at this time, found any product that works well and consistently, even among prescription medications. Nor, do they endorse any product. It is available for purchase from various websites, howe...

Prescribed two .25mg 10X10 pills to take prior to a bone scan. Was unable to get through bone scan before (panic type attack) My question is--is this dosage considerd safe? ## According to Walgreens Pharmacy, they state; "DO NOT take 2 doses at once" in their guidelines for how to take this medication. Referenced from: That said, I wouldn't consider it to be safe, being that 0.5mg is maximum recommended dose (that you had in one sitting). Additional patient guidelines note: "Triazolam is indicated for short term use only (7 to 10 days). The maximum recommended dose is 0.5 mg." Do you have any other questions or concerns about this medication?

i discontinued ambien 7 days ago. Would it still be detected in a serum blood screen? ## There isn't much information available on this topic, but I did find some details that may be helpful to you. The following information was posted by another user: "Ambien Blood Testing Reporting Limit: 2.0 ng/mL Critical Value: n/a Reference Range: < 250 ng/mL This means the tests cut off limit is 2.0 ng/mL, which means the test can not detect levels lower than 2.0 ng in blood. The normal range is less than 250 ng/dl in blood." Additional information that i've gathered states the following: "the half-life elimination of Ambien ranges from 1.4 hours to 4.5 hours with an average of 2.5 hours. In patients that have cirrhosis, the half-life elimination can be 9.9 hours. In the e...

after taking temazapam for 6 months @ 30 mg I mistakenly recieved 60 mg for 14 days.I have recently been diognosed with nerve damage.how can I verify this caused the nerve damage? What kind of test could verify this. The prescribing nurse practitioner claims the damage was caused by alcohol abuse but I was and still am sober 6 months before these new symtoms. Any comparison or advice apprieated! thanx. Steve ## It is actually very unlikely that an increased dosage used for such a short period of time would cause permanent nerve damage. In the U.S. Temazepam isn't even available in a 60mg dosage, the highest dosage that is commercially available from any pharmacy is 30mgs. Have you tried consulting a doctor, rather than the nurse practitioner?

Need to know what a small grey/white pill that had 'P O' on the one side and '10' on the other. ## The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "APO 10" rather than "PO 10". This pill is also white and is identified as Zolpidem tartrate 10 mg; which is used in the treatment of insomnia. I cannot post a picture of the pill due to copyright reasons, however, if you were to run a search of google images for "Apo 10 Zolpidem", you'll see a photo of the pill I'm referring to. If this does not match your pill, is there any possibility that the marking has simply been misread? If not, hopefully you can use this information help narrow down your search.

Indian made pills from Mexico. White oblong with 3 5mg tabs for each pill. Scored twice for easy break. Imprint "5" on one side for each section and "arrows" and 56 and 65 in each section on the other side. Anybody seen these before? ## Those tablets are made in the U.S. and they do not contain Zolpidem, however, that is just one of the hazards of ordering that way. The tablets you have contain 15mgs of Buspirone, which is most commonly used to treat anxiety. Learn more: Are there any questions or comments?

I found a white oval or barrel-shaped pill with G on one half of the pill and L on the other half. It is used for the short-term treatment of insomnia. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness and hallucinations. Learn more: Is anyone familiar with this tablet?

I need to find a source for Zolpidem manufactured by Qualitest ## I just checked on the manufacturer's webpage and they do not have Zolpidem listed as one of their products. You can follow the link below for verification: The companies contact information is listed below: Email: [email protected] Phone: 800 444-4011 I would try emailing or calling them just to be sure if they haven't updated their product information yet. Their current product list states that the list only provides "some of our more popular items" and therefore may not reflect any other drugs they manufacture. Hope this helps! ## Zolpidem is just the generic term for "Ambien". This is a strong prescription sleep aid. ## have You found a pharmacy that carries this exact drug ..I too like this ...
