Silodal Side Effects

I am 67 yrs of age and diabetic. My HbA1c is 7.0. For impaired urin flow I was advised silodal 8mg for 2 months, 1 tab at night after dinner. My PSA 3 months before starting silodal was 3.8 and 4.6 after stopping silodal.

I was operated 12 yrs back for enlarged prostate. Recent USG shows prostate size to be normal.

Dos silodal 8mg elevates PSA level? Should I be worried about prostate cancer?
