Side Effects Of Glycomet Sr 1gm And Teniva 20

My wife is taking glycomet 1gm for the last 3 yrs n teniva 20 since last 6 months for treatment of diabetes. Besides she is also taking Telsartan 20, Ciladuo 5mg, Rozavel 5mg and Neurobion forte _ all one tab each per day. What are the side effects of these medicines in the long run? HbA1c test results ranges from 5.7 to 7. Kindly reply to my email id. Thanks
