Side Effects Of Wellwoman Original Vitamins (Page 5) (Top voted first)

I am taking one capsule a day of this vitamin with my breakfast, but have very severe nausea after taking it. Is this common or normal? I am 44 yrs old and in good health.

I've been taking well woman for a week now and haven't been sick yet but I do feel a bit dizzy and it makes me legs feel fat! Strange

I have been using wellwoman original for nearly a month now. My periods are irregular and I have fibroids. I've found I've had more energy since taking them and im still having periods - I am however on a combination of meds to help get my periods regular and to relieve tension on my uterus so I don't know if they are also helping with the energy. I did experience nausea but i sucked on a peppermint or liquorice during the first week and now i don't get that anymore. I'm going to stick with it for at least three months and review any changes.

I was diagnosed with PCOS and hadn't had a period in 15 months. I started taking wellwoman 2 weeks ago & today they are back! Can't quite believe it worked.

I have been taking well woman for years now ( 3years) and have never experienced any of the side effects mentioned here. It's helped a lot with my PCOS, as it makes me have regular periods. It is recommended you take it with your MAIN MEAL. Meaning you need to eat well before you take it. If you don't it will make you feel dizzy and nauseous! The benefits are tremendous if you follow the directions.

yes, when my doctor prescribed me well women she told me that, if i am planning to get pregnant i should not take this medicine, its convenient to take those pills during my period......

Hi,I started taking Wellman for 3 weeks now and I notice that anytime I take the tablet, my 1st urine will b green & subsequent urine will b normal colour.

i feel the same, one night i took one tablet with my meal and i had to call an ambulance bcoz it made my heart beat to be iregular and i thought im gonna have a heart attack

Hiya I am 23, and I have been taking the pill with breakfast, I was advised to take it as I am having IVF in 2 months but the first 3 days I had no problem with it, then I was also badly sick at work after taking it. I now feel like I have a cold coming and tired all the time, if it continues il defo becoming of it, it seems it has so much in it it's hard for your body to accept all the vitamins at once, I hope you feel better

Yes, I have heard that could be the reason. I did a bit more research today and found out some very interesting information regarding feeling nauseous after taking any vitamins. I've never really paid much attention to the whole 'take with food' thing (apart form when taken ibruprofen) but today o discovered that if we take our vitamin on any empty stomach the stomach produces its fluids to help digestion but because the vitamin is of course only small the fluids produced are too great and this excess of stomach fluid is what then causes the nausea.

You should eat heavy food before taking it. Because I also took it after eating light food and Ifelt the way you felt but when I eat heavy food I don't feel same. It's a very good vitabiotic

Well woman original vitabiotic is the best tablets have ever used,it normalise my system,make my days free of any sign of weakness and am powerfully strong to go on my daily assignment,i feel like a real woman now am so happy
