I am taking one capsule a day of this vitamin with my breakfast, but have very severe nausea after taking it. Is this common or normal? I am 44 yrs old and in good health.

Hi. Started taking well woman around 3 weeks ago. My periods are heavy but always on time.since I started well woman I had my period 4 days early. Was on for 4 days.stopped for the next day and now I have come back on. My cycle is 5 days without fail! I suffer really bad from anxiety and scared this is not normal. If anyone has had this happen before could you please comment! Thank you!

I uswd to take Wellwoman but didn't fell good at all.Then had change them with A to Z multivit. by HeathAid,they working very good with my body and i am feeling much better now,without any side efects.

I have been on Wellwoman for about 2-3 weeks now, The first 2 days I had a very severe headache. Wasn't too sure, I stopped to see if the headache would persist. It did not. A few days later, I resumed the tablet, had no headache, but I've been suffering with terrible nausea that's frightening. I ensure that I take the tab with a heavy breakfast or lunch, but I have nausea throughout the day. As of today, I am stopping the supplement altogether. If the nausea continues, then I can better figure things out.

I started well women just yesterday and 2nd day now I have had a nasty headache for the past 6hrs. Could this be the drug reacting.

Mild nausea is usually normal after taking most vitamins and supplements, however, if you are experiencing it severely, then there is probably something in this that doesn't agree with your body.

Have you considered trying a different product?

Hi, I've noticed, that the iron in it is high - that is why I was taking it. But, then googled some info for iron - high levels could also have side effects. So I stopped Wellwoman, and just bought Centrum women, which has less iron and lots of vitamins. I am feeling good now. Iron, or some of the other vitamins are causing this, that's my explanation.

I use Wellwoman for a long time (twice a year or so) - it makes my periods regular and good, and I have lots of extra energy, and sleep well too. However tablets make me sick sometimes, especially if I take them after a light lunch. So I would assume as long as you are eating proper food and take a tablet straight after, it should not make you feel nausea.

The exact same thing happened to me, my mouth had so much salvia in it and I felt like I was going to vomit, but did not. Its the 2nd time it has happened. But it has to be taken with a meal or with breakfast. I only find the above the happens when I don't take it with food.

Now I have no had my period since taking it, I am not pregnant.
