Side Effects Of Flavedon Mr

Sir, I am suffering from diabetes for the past 15 years. I have diabetes related problems like numbness in my feet, burning etc. Of late I started feeling very tired after walking a short distance and i also had pain in the upper part of my left hand and also in my neck. I consulted a cardiologist. He took my stress test, 2d echo and ecg. Everything was normal but he prescribed the following medicines - Zoryl M2, twice daily, Mitrocontin, 2.6mg once in the morning, Revolol XL 50mg - once in the morning, Ecosprin, 150mg - once in the afternoon, Xtor 20mg - once at night and FlavedonMR twice daily. After taking the medicines for one month I started getting severe pain in my joints and especially in my left leg I had unbearable pain. So much that i couldn't even walk. Incidentally Flavedon M2 was finished and i had to go without that medicine for nearly 3 to 4 days. Surprisingly my leg pain reduced considerably and when I did not take that medicine for 10 days my pain completely vanished. Should I start that medicine again or can I stop it. Please advice me. Are the other medicines ok?

Have you consulted your doctor? There are the only person that will be able to advise as to whether or not you can safely stop any medication.

The Flavedon MR contains the active ingredient Trimetazidine, which is most commonly used to treat Angina.

The most common side effects to it can include: nausea, dizziness, headache and vertigo.

i had typical problem six months ago. i am under insulin and taking baby asprin and diamicron for diab. i developed gastric with frequent burping and flatulence. Endoscopy was done and was taking medcine for gas but gastric problem with difficulty to walk and pain in neck. Angio was done and cardiologist asked me to consult gastro again. One doctor advised me to stop asprin and diamicron. Now i am relieved of the gas problem. I am trying to control diab without diamicron. Any one tell if i am in the right path?

My mother has been prescribed Flavedon MR alongwith Cardace 1.25 mg. .apart from the common adverse effects of Dizziness Nausea and vomiting she has also developed parkinsonian symptoms of tremors in the legs and gait instability which can be due Cardace (ACE Inhibitors cause rise in potassium level in the blood ) or Flavor MR..

I am a diabetic type2 since 1995 n heart patient from March-2008 blockage found 90% in 2 & 1 artery is 100% respectively, acutely they are shrieked due to diabetes. I was talking Tab Geemer-2 1 OD, Telma,-40 1 OD, E cosprin,75 1 OD. OMEZ-20 1 OD,& cap. Revital all in the morning & Gulvas met 50/100 1 OD & concor 2.5 & Rosuvas-5 after dinner over & above Inj. Solastar Lantus 10 units at bed time. Suddenly I developed angina/ dyspnoea in March -2015. Doctor started Flevidon MR twice daily ,& it worked very well but one problem started. Some skin problems, small boils started on scalp, shoulders & on chest .They appear off & on. I wanted to know weather it is the side effect of flavidon *MR. I didn't have any problem on my skin when I was talking flevidon

All the drugs listed will not give relief to your symptoms
Since your disease is not diagnosed ,you can safely take
sorbitrate tablet as and when you get chest pain.
You will be relieved immediately!.Thats what you want..
Stop all the drugs ,reduce your food intake ,have simple life style
Accept death since all these drugs will prolong your life with great suffering
with all complications like constipation/sleeplessness/unnecessary worries/impotency /fungus infection leading to amputation./ unhappy life.
