Side Effects If Any Of Taking 2 Szetalo Plus At Night

I am diabetic on glizid m 2 in morning and 1 at night with 20 points injection of lilly humaninsulin 30. I take 2 s zetaloplus at night for anxity, insomia and nerve pain. I am ok with this medication. I am always tense because of shortage of financial security and am 65 yrs old.
Q is this ok. What could be the side effect in the long run. Please reply

I am 67 and diabetic on 30/70 lilly insulin. I am taking 2 szetalo plus every night. What i have experienced is loss of short memory like i come on the road and for a few seconds may forget where i have to go, or i may not be able to recall some well known names. Otherwise i get good sleep and can work for 6-7 hours actively then i would like to sit down with tv, socialising in my society club or sit on ipad. I am male and my name is r n ahuja. My food habits are fixed time, vegetarian, and finish my dinner at 7.45 mostly. I am not getting any reply can i continue this forever. If i leave this i get pain in the back of my head. My bp, heart, kidney is ok so far and Hb1ac is 7.5
