I am taking mecobalamin 3 times a day, are there any side effects later? thanks

Side effects of Mecobalamin (Methylcobalamine) can include any of the following:

Gastrointestinal adverse drug reactions including anorexia, nausea, and vomiting. Rashes may also occur sometime.

This is definitely the better, non synthetic version of Vitamin B12. So I think if you keep following the dosage instructions on the package you shouldn't experience any (maybe very little) side effects as your body assimilates and uses this nutrient over a long period of time. If you feel like the dose is too high for any reason, just cut back on a dose and work your way up over time.

I received a 1cc injection of methylcobalamine at a weight loss center. After 6 hours, I developed anxiety and and an elevated blood pressure. It subsided in an hour or two, but I had a rash on my leg the next morning, which went away after using cortisone cream. I have been taking a great supplement, Travacor, which has Methylcobalamine in it, but stopped after the incident above. I would like to resume it, but since I takea dose of 10 ugs, do you think I will react to it?

i'm taking 500mcg mecobalamin about 3 weeks and now i'm feeling more pain on my leg and itching on my left leg.And in night i feel difficult to move my leg.

I have BPPV and tinnitus. I perform some exercises for my BPPV. And my doctor prescribed me with Mecobalamin Mecovit 3x a day for my tinnitus. Is he doing the right medicine for tinnitus?

Dear doctor, by taking Mekline (mecobalamin 500 mcg) my memory is a little bet enhancing after one day, but in the first day, some time it effect my memory by confusing me further, along with other side effects. this has been recommended for me by doctor for other purpose, but i some time use it to improve my memory. would you recommend some other drugs to enhance my memory because this injection has got so much side effects. i am waiting for your kind information.

I am using Meca 500 from last two years along with nurobeon according to my doctor's advice.Will you please whether I should ontinue for ever or stop taking.As I have knee pain n High BP.Taking Atenol 50 with Dilriux 1.5.

A person had to receive 1 intravenous inj. of mecobalamin (500mcg) with 2 intravenous inj's. of neurobion in 1L ringer lactate. Instead the person accidentally was given 2 inj's. of mecobalamin nd 1 inj. of neurobion. Now they're having symptoms like drooping of eyelid, hypersalivation, and congestion in their throat. Are there any known lethal complications associated with mecobalamin toxicity?
