Side Effects Of Nexito 5mg

my mother is haveing palpatation due to anxiety and her doctor advised follwoing medication for her. she is diabetic and hypertension patient and 65 yr old
Serenace 0.25mg - 2times
Paxidepcr 12.5mg - 1 afternoon
Nexito - 5mg = 1 night
dont know if i should start that or not. will that be long term. can she stop that in the middle.
