Side Effects Of Flavedon 20

I am Diabetic & recently had an Heart Attack.
I am taling Glynase 5, Carbophage 1 Gm, Mignar 25 mg & Insuylin 30/70 14 units.
My Cardialogist priscribed me Nitrocontin 2.6mg,Flavedon 20, echosprin 75 mg.
Shoud I use Atorva 10 mg ?
I have severe Back Ache & stomach Fullness.
