Should Enzomac Be Taken Empty Stomach?

It is a case of compression fracture in D10 & D11. Dr has prescribed Enzomac twice a day. Should it be taken empty stomach. General perception is that all anti inflammatory medicines are taken after meals.
Can some muscle relaxant medicines be also given?
