Side Effects Jalra M 50/500

I barely srtarted to take Jalra M 50/500mg and I had being expeiencing stomach ache. I read that this symptom is parte of the side effects. Should I continue using this medication or shoud I stop. Please respond. Thank You.

after taking Jalra M, I have metallic taste, find fruits and food fried in oil smelling foul and increase belly fat. Doctor advises no change of medicine. Shall i change medicine,

Hi, Nacho!

The side effect of the stomach ache should taper off after awhile, as your body gets used to the medication and not treating your diabetes would be far more dangerous, because it can be life threatening.

And Bhagabat, those are also side effects that may wear off after awhile.

How long have either of you been taking this medication?

My one of friend taking Tb jalra once dailly and Tb trivollibo2 twice dailly since one year age 38 years....but cost is very much that he cannot afford....other kidney function reports and HB are within normal range ....should you suggests other alternate brands...

Im DM-2 pt of last 6yr. At the time of detection, FBS=196,PPBS=336 in Jul2008. Present Level with medication of Reclimet 1=1=1, Olmark A40 1=0=0, Ecospirin Av 75mg 0=1=0, Brio-1: 1=0=0, after two months FBS-126, PPBS-257. Now Doct. has added tablet Jalra-M-50/500 before Breakfast Dose 1=0=0. Just 10 days before I have started the medicine. Any side effect can be seen which is contrary to my life style. My Wt is 78, Age-48, Height 162Cms.

Hello Dr,

I'd like to know about the medicine Jalra m 50/500 (Valdagliptint/Metformin). My question is are all medicines the same for type 2 diabetics? Dr told me if its not available I can still receive the two active ingredients individually. Please advise.

Sir I am using jalra m 50/500twice daily along with insulin 30units. Now sugar levels are nearer to Norma. How long I should continue. Some times I get hypoglycemia.
