Rumoquin Fn

my sister I staking rumoquin fn and shes wondering if its normal that she hasn't got her period, shes certenly not pregnant because shes tested her self for that alredy and all negative.

From what I could gather, Rumoquin contains Methocarbamol (a msucle relaxant), Dexamethasone (a corticosteroid) and Diclofenac (a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory). After taking a look at the side effects for each ingredient, I get the feeling Dexamethasone is the culprit here. It lists "irregular or absent menstrual periods" under general side effects.
