I found a round yellow pill with TL 177 on it, can anyone tell me what kind of pill this is??

This pill is identified as unicorn poop. It works by magically releasing frog piss into your mouth by way of magestic portal transportation. I did a google search on this and all you little helpy helpertons think you have a damn degree in internal medicine but you don’t. I don’t understand why the original author just can’t do a google search. The only reason is maybe they are Linley and randomly ask questions to the magic spiderweb box that returns replies. Unicorn poop yeahhhhhhh!!!!
