I found two pills that appear to fit your description.
The first is identified as Meloxicam (7.5 mg); which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, used to relieve the symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever; and as an analgesic.
The second is identified as Olanzapine (7.5 mg); which is used to treat schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression; obsessive compulsive disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and more.
Of these two pills, Meloxicam is the only one I've seen a photo of, but both pills share the same description. For further verification, the manufacturer of this Meloxicam pill is Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and the National Drug Code (NDC) is: 68180-0501
