Round White Pill C 27 On One Side And M Other Side

Are these pills correct, it was given to me as Clopidogrel 75mg aka Plavix

I have many pills ( Prescription ) and some fell out and I am not sure what they are for. Large white pill with large " M " on one side and " C27 " on the other. White line so it can be cut in half. I have in the past 9 months had pneumonia, kidney failure, congestive heart failure, artificial shoulder became infected, have a r knee replacement that took 4 times to replace due too MRSA infection 6 years ago, COPD, Diabetes Type 2 Insulin dependent, Achilles Tendentious R foot, kidneys working at 43 %, 40 lbs overweight, very bad teeth, etc

Hope this leaves you well. I take plavix as well and I got confused with the M on on side and c27 on the other. Do you manage good on your own?
