Round Tan Pill 751 W Or 751 M

What is a tan colored round tablet with the number "751" on one side and a "w" or "m" on other side? I think it's in the same family as Elavil. Is this Cyclobenzaprine 10mg?

A few days ago I was cleaning my patio lifting a few plants that were frozen from cold weather.. This turned out to be a mistake... Since that day I've had some heavy back pain... I cannot sleep and Motrin doesn't work.. My doctor told me that Cyclobenzapine 10 mg works for relaxing muscles and prescribed me light orange pills like these..so I'm going to try that before going to bed.
