Does roseday medicine have any non veg content?? ## Most medicines display RED or GREEN dot to indicate whether its contents include any Non-Veg materials. I wish to know whether this medicine has any such? I am a heart patient, have been prescribed rosuvastatin 10mg daily. I do not wish to eat any non veg and therefore this discussion. I am in New Delhi (India).

i am taking rosuvas f10 for last 2 years, my ldl level is not comming down fron 140, now i hav been prescribed rosuvas f 20, will it help ## The Rosuavas-F 20 is a higher dose, so yes, there's a chance that it may help to lower it. My Doctor prescribed to take daily one tablet Rosuvas 20 Tablets with due to lower level of HDL cholesterol. I made blood test one year ago and everything was normal. I made another one this month and my triglyceride's level was 4.0 and cholesterol 7.9. I started to use rosuvastatin 20 mg once a day and after only 5 days i made another blood test.Trigl. level was 1.2 and cholest. 5.4 . Is it possible??? Pls any profess. comment! I am 35 years old and recently i have attended lipid profile test . Then i have noticed that i am suffering from cholesterol and my doctor suggested me ROZAVEL F 5 for cholesterol and OLMEZEST 10 for B.P(150/100) . Doc prescribed Rosuvas 5 for my husband for his high cholesterol. The label says Rosuvastatin Calcium IP equivalent to Rosuvastatin 5 mg. Are both the same, I am afraid to use the medication since it says Calcium - my husband has stones in his kidney. ## It is not that type of calcium, in this case it just refers to the specific chemical salt that the medication has been derived from.
