Rozavel F 5 And Olmezest 10side Effects

I am 35 years old and recently i have attended lipid profile test . Then i have noticed that i am suffering from cholesterol and my doctor suggested me ROZAVEL F 5 for cholesterol and OLMEZEST 10 for B.P(150/100) . I forgot to ask my doctor at what time the above mentioned medicines should be taken . please advice me.I also request you please, let me know the side effects of RozavelF 5 and Olmezest 10.

Rozavel-F contains the active ingredients Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate, its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and joint/muscle aches.

Olmezest contains the active ingredient Olmesartan and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension.

Most doctors prefer you to take a medication such as the Olmezest in the morning, since it will then be able to help control your blood pressure during the times of day that you will be most active and experience the most fluctuations.

Due to the side effects, you may want to take the other one at night, but I'd suggest checking with your doctor to be sure.
