sir i am a gymmer. m gymig since 2 years. there is no effect on my body. so i want to increase fat in my body n i am a vegiterian so can u suggest me a simple diet. my sir told me to eat soyabean so m aading its power in milk n drinking every morning. n having a tablet reconia lp. so plez suggest me sumthing to increase my fat.

I am diabetic for 10 years.Fully vegetarian.Have high BP of 140/90.I am 53 years old male. is it advisable for me to take Riconia Lp tablets (micro nutrients fortified tablets ). Daily? For how long and when should it be taken to get maximum benefits.MY blood calcium is on lower permissible level.Shall i take Riconia LP tablets or Calcimax Forte.PLz advice.

Riconia is just a multivitamin and mineral nutritional supplement, it is not an actual medication.

That said, it might be best to take it in the morning, because some of the nutrients it contains may give you some energy, so it could be hard to sleep, if you take it at night.
