Hi. I was wondering about the medication (the one named in the subject) because my boy friend told me that it's something that he used to use for pain when he was younger living in Honduras. So I would like to know what it is, what it used for, and its side effects are. I would also like to know if its sold here in the U.S.?

I can't find anything under this name, or anything similar.
It can be hard to find details on foreign medications, especially if they are older.
Does he know anything else about it?

Don't know if I am too late on this one however....Reumapirin 50mg Diclofenaco Potasico - (Diclofenac potassium) Rx contains the potassium salt of Diclofenac, a compound not steroid with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties.
A Similar Capsule produced in El Salvador with the same ingredients is called Artribion.
Used for: Rheumatism, Sciatica, Bachache, Sprains, Muscular Pains.
I especially found it very quick acting for my Gout.
