Is it for heart trouble? Is it for Angina? I am using it since one year. Is it O.K to use it daily? ## Did you possibly mean Ranozex? It contains the active ingredient Ranolazine, it is most commonly used to treat angina, but it may also be used to treat other cardiac conditions. I am a DIABETIC since over 15 years. I have Thyroid also and on 50mg Eltroxin. Had my CABG X 1 done on 04.03.2011. My Cardiologist has prescribed Renozex 500. What extent will it help me to? I have been taking Ranozex for angina for 15 days now and I recently started experiencing dizziness. Could this be a side effect of Ranozex? ## Ranozex contains the active ingredient Ranolazine and yes, it may cause dizziness as a side effect. Have things improved any? It can take 4 to 6 weeks for your body to adjust to a medication and for such side effects to wear off.

I take Ranozex500 twice a day. I am ahving chest pain after 1 hr walk. Can I take 1 more Ranozex 500? ## Have you consulted your doctor? I was asked to switch over from Arbitel 40 to Ranozex.Ever since then I am having severe constipation.I have a doubt whether it is the side effect of Ranozex ## Ranozex contains the active ingredient Ranolazine, it is most commonly used to treat angina and yes, constipation is a very common side effect of this medication. does the color of ranolas tablets determan the dosage of this pill-----500 mg 1000mg ## Ranolaz contains the active ingredient Ranolazine, it is an anti-anginal medication. As to your question, I am really not sure, because I cannot discover what country they are from under that name. In the U.S. different doses were different colors for some brand name medications, but the colors do not always mean anything, especially when it comes to generic formulations. Here, it is the marking on a tablet that has to be used to tell them apart. What country are you in?
