Ranozex And Dizziness

I have been taking Ranozex for angina for 15 days now and I recently started experiencing dizziness. Could this be a side effect of Ranozex?

Ranozex contains the active ingredient Ranolazine and yes, it may cause dizziness as a side effect.

Have things improved any?

It can take 4 to 6 weeks for your body to adjust to a medication and for such side effects to wear off.
