Side Effects Of Ranozex

I was asked to switch over from Arbitel 40 to Ranozex.Ever since then I am having severe constipation.I have a doubt whether it is the side effect of Ranozex

Ranozex contains the active ingredient Ranolazine, it is most commonly used to treat angina and yes, constipation is a very common side effect of this medication.

You may also experience headache, dizziness and nausea.
