Psychiatrist In Oklahoma City Area Who Prescribes Xanax

I'm looking for a psychiatrist in the Oklahoma City area who is willing to prescribe xanax or meds like it. I have severe anxiety with crippling panic attacks and have tried almost every other med out there but everything else seems to either not work or make it worse. Being that I'm a young person doctors tend to be reluctant to prescribe me meds like that so any help would be greatly appreciated.

She's still in practice on classen. Last visit for me she said she was "retiring" as someone had also collapsed and was being taken out by ambulance. Her guy who was always at the counter was rushing and they were packing up stuff fast. It was really sketchy. She disappeared for a bit but looks like she's back at it! Wild to say the least.

Yes exactly! I was going to buy a B 52's T Shirt at their Las Vegas concert last week. One Hundred & Twenty bucks ($120).

Usually they are half price on the way out, I forgot to look.

Lordy, it's a real bugger finding a dr for a legit problem. I haven't had an alprazolam in 6 months. Been in a 6 month anxiety/panic attack & they treat ya like a dope fiend. Calling Redrock next...

I quit going because she will not up my meds and is cash only... In the waiting room a married couple offered to sell their bars Xanax 2 mg. THEY BOTH GET 90 EACH. I asked Dr Kane why she does not up my dose, YET SHE IS WRITING SCRIPTS TO PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT TAKING ANY!! SHE REFERRED ME TO RED ROCK OR GRIFFIN!!

I saw Dr. KANE 5-23-23 & left w/ the same anxiety issues I had. No new script, been on Xanax since 06, lost my Gp and have been struggling to find another. Was a Ritilan kid, etc, no bs, needing to be chilled out, but can't find a Dr.

How do you afford this? While it is true the doctor can get away with this, you deserve better. Unless required I wouldn't limit myself to a specialist. I paid $9 the other day for a 90 day 270 pill supply. I do not get bars, I also have to pay my $25 office co pay, and I pay for a monthly premium Blue Cross plan which sells for $900, I pay $300. In 6 months I will need to switch to a crappier BCBS plan, where did the good times go?

She is shady. 2 visits a month. Writes for one, 8 days, 22 Klonopin. 200 dollars, calling every week. Others get bars and sell them in the waiting room.

No she's never there, she lied after seeing her 3 years that she couldn't prescribed xanax, then a couple she treats offered to sell me their bars. I told Ms Kane, then her secretary came in and said the pharmacy says they are out of 2mg!! I looked at Ms Kane and walked out never to return.
