Prediabetic Condition

Recently I had being diagnosed with a pre-diabetic condition, I am not diabetic but my doctor told me that If i am not take care of my health I will become a diabetic. I am afraid to take medicationse, is there a natural products that I can take to bring down the sugar? and what is the number to determine the diabetic person.

No, there is no natural product that has actually been proven to help.

However, what you can do is eat the healthiest diet you can and get lots of proper exercise.

A good diet should be low in refined sugars and fats, which will help to naturally reduce blood sugar levels. It should also be high in vegetables and whole grains.

The normal range for someone's blood sugar should be between 80 to 120.

The doctor told me to walk a lot and to eat less portion of food, I get up in the morning and I doing some exercises,before I go to work but I have an hernia and I can do exercises too much.

My doctor says that I have 6.50 for prediabetic conditions. is that bad?

I bougth a tea io suppose to help me to reduce the sugar.
