Please Someone Help Me As A Urgent Manner - High Triglycerides
UpdatedPlease someone help me as a urgent manner. I want to know some medicine or supplement to reduce the fat that stored in the body already. My doctor recommended to take ZEROFAT and he told me when you take ZEROFAT, the fat that you take at the time of the medicine will go directly to the stool and it will not get into the system. At that time, two months ago, I was 78 kg and I still remain the same as 75 kg. There is no difference. I want to know why my weight still the same. Is there any other product to reduce the weight without side effect. I usually dont take any fatty or fried items. So, I don't want any product to remove the fat from the food that i take now. I want the product to reduce the fat that inside my body already that means it should burn my fat which is already stored as high triglycerides.

Hi I am 150 kg with a height of 6 feet. My belly portion is the only area with max fats. Doctor has recommended to take zero fat 120 mg twice a day. Secondly I have just been detected high BP and diabetic. Pls recommend best way how it will help shed kilos faster. MV Nair
I too had a high triglyceride count. To help lower this, my doctor told me to lower my carbs and take fish oil caps. I did. It worked! My triglyceride count went down 100 points! Eating fat doesn't mean you will get fat. (In fact, if you ate ALL fat, you'd lose weight.) It's the sugar and starches you eat that raise your triglyceride count. (Don't think adding fat to carbs will help. It'll just make you fatter.) Since some carbs are starchier than others, find a GLYCEMIC chart. It will tell you which carbs are the least starchy. Those are the carbs to eat. Try to stay away...or at least minimize, the starchiest carbs. (A LOW glycemic food would be greens. A HIGH glycemic food would be white bread.)

In researching, I've found the sugars and starches are what make you fat...not fat. (But, fat plus sugar/starch does!) If you REALLY want to get rid of body fat, the only way to do that quickly is to do the Dr.Atkins Diet. I don't recommend it as a lifestyle, but it's the only way to lose the fat on your body as quickly as you can. But, if you want to do it the healthiest way...just cut down on your starchy carbs...like breads, sweets, etc.
