Although I can't verify my findings, research I gathered leads me to suspect that this is butorphanol (brand name: Torbugesic or Torbutrol) which is a pain medication that doubles as a cough suppressant. I don't know for certain, but it's most likely to be this.
Do you happen to have any pets as well that were taken to the vet? I'm also just wondering if this is a veterinary pill for bronchitis in dogs. If this is the case, then we may have a match for butorphanol.
