This tablet, with the logo on one side and 20 on the other is a 20mg Bextra tablet, it contains the active ingredient Valdecoxib.

This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is most commonly used to treat osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

This medication was removed from the market in 2005, due to the increased risk it created of heart attack and stroke.
