i have internal piles from 3 years itching paining . pls refer any medicine. I am 34, I have 3 lumps which comes out of anal area it pains a lot but no bleeding please let me know how can I avail medicine for the same.

I am 29 years old male from Delhi. I have the off and on problem of piles mostly happens when I go out and visit other places. I keep myself physically fit. I exercise rigorously everyday and I try n eat healthy. I was feeling uneasy(constant headache) from a couple of days so i went to the doctor at my office who checked my BP which was 95/140. I was worried so i went to another doctor. The new doc asked me to get my blood and urine test done, reports showed that there is Uric Acid is another problem i am suffering from however the doctor told me that it is temporary and happened because of high protein intake(15 eggs + 250 gm sprouts + pulses in all my meals). I am not taking any Protein shake or any other supplement. To fix this my doctor gave me few medicines and the next day which triggered the problem of piles I have but this time these is excessive blood coming out with the stool. I am worried so i stopped taking medicine prescribed to me by the doctor but the problem still persists. I need your expertise and help. I would be very grateful.

Piles problem always should be examined by a surgeon. Nowadays anaus problems are classified under anoproctology problems and accordingly specialised Anoproctologist surgeons can take care of it anytime better than others. Piles are graded after examination and symtoms evaluation. Accordingly small or grade 1 to 2 piles are best treated by office based procedure and medicines whereas Large or grade 3 and 4 are best treated by surgery. These days stapler surgery has arrived which acts a big releif in terms of cure and outcome.
