Piles problem always should be examined by a surgeon. Nowadays anaus problems are classified under anoproctology problems and accordingly specialised Anoproctologist surgeons can take care of it anytime better than others. Piles are generally painless. Pain signifies fissure, fistula, abscess or thrombosed pile. Piles are graded after examination and symtoms evaluation. Accordingly small or grade 1 to 2 piles are best treated by office based procedure and medicines whereas Large or grade 3 and 4 are best treated by surgery. These days stapler surgery has arrived which acts a big releif in terms of cure and outcome.

there is itching around anal area
there is Burning around anal area?
stool(Motions) hard in first but in last its kind of semi solid(not loose) or sometimes I do have constipation problem
there is pain while stooling
there is pain while sitting for long hours
there is bleeding while stooling
there is Bubble outside of anal area
Please help me ...

My family doctor BAMS diagnosed the lumps with paid as hemorrhoids and is treating with Deflon1000 including some other medicines since a week when I experienced it first. Results seem to be temporary relief in pain. No bleeding however Lumps are still felt giving me traumatic depression. Want a permanent cure. Just wanted to be assured if that is the best cure and how long would it take to get out of this trauma?
