one is best thing take yam peal it add little tamarind half " or add butter milk and cook it well remove from fire keep it away some take cow ghee. Ghee put in fry pan add the boiled yam slowly fry 2minits remove from stove add palm sugar you can get this chemical shop add this take this 2 spoons with empty stomach at early morning.Ths is use full and cure piles. remedy

Sir/Madam, for your kind information PILES is considered incurable, but I have invented very cheap and lasting cure of PILES and ECZEMA using kitchen material only. There is no need of operation. I can say treatment is free of cost.

Dear sir,

I have a problem of piles and i took "Pfree" medicine for 6 months. I got relief from that medicine but there is a problem still after passing stool - a bubble or pile mass (whatever u say in ur language) that comes outside of rectum area and it takes 10-15 minutes to go back inside. So kindly advise me the medicine to get fully cured.
